DARK CHOCOLATE
While we were messing around and coming up with our whole-grain base, we decided what better ingredient to include in one of our cookies than Ghirardelli’s Dark Chocolate (60% Cacao) chips. Like our Classic Chocolate Chip, we have an almost 50/50 mixture of Ghirardelli chocolate and our organic whole-grain base. This superstar in the Yummylicious family is perfectly paired with a great cup of coffee in the morning or a couple of delicious scoops of ice cream after dinner.
